Abstract
During the teaching process of the professional courses for master’s degree students in engineering management, a five-element integrated professional core competence system of “ideals and beliefs, professional quality, engineering responsibility, craftsmanship spirit, and engineering ethics” is constructed. Meanwhile, elements of course ideological education are integrated to establish an engineering management master’s course ideological education model that is coupled with “professional core competence - course ideological elements”. From dimensions such as the reconstruction of talent cultivation goals, the reshaping of professional core course systems, the establishment of a course ideological element database, and the improvement of professional course evaluation models, a complete course ideological education plan for master’s degree students in engineering management is constructed. This aims to enhance the quality of engineering management master’s degree students, and cultivate them into engineering management talents who can meet the needs of society and have innovation capabilities.
