The normalized teaching plan for innovative practice among college students using clubs as carriers has routine implementation of practical teaching, and a differentiated training model has been designed for the “Golden Eagle” innovation and entrepreneurship team based on individual needs; Enterprise mentors, as professional advisors, support college students in entrepreneurship, timely help companies solve technical problems, promote the transformation of teacher research achievements, and at the same time improve their research level.
