Abstract
With the rapid development of mobile Internet era, the traditional fans have transformed into “fan group” with perfect organizational structure. Getting rid of loneliness, the need of identity and the impetus of capital and technology lead to the popularity of “fan group”. In recent years, the “fan group” has shown a significant transformation from self-entertainment internally to participation in society which has aroused public concern. Due to factors such as shallow thinking caused by the popularity of “fan group” language, frequent conflicts caused by quasi politicization, self-empowerment of fans “fan group” exposes many incidents that touch public order and good customs. In order to effectively guide the youth and prevent potential anomie behaviors, it is necessary to be open and tolerant, guide fans positively, implement education on both sides by embedding idols, regulate capital and disseminate mainstream ideas.
