Abstract
This study examines the interplay between physical health, community social capital, and residential satisfaction among elderly residents in the S community of H district, Beijing. The strong social capital inherent in the work-unit-based community significantly enhances the aging experience through resource endowment, interpersonal networks, and negotiation mechanisms. Physical health and social capital interact dynamically, collectively improving residential satisfaction for the elderly within the context of social networks and market environments.
