The Difficulties and Solutions of Practice Collaborative Training of Legal Talents in Local UniversitiesBased on a Survey of Anhui Province

The practice of collaborative training of legal talents is a practice oriented educational and training mechanism. Through a survey of Anhui Province, it was found that local universities face difficulties, such as the lack of unified ideological understanding and the inability to find a position of the legal practice department among the educational subjects. The collaboration depth between universities and legal practice departments is insufficient, and the effectiveness of evaluation mechanism is not mature. To resolve these difficulties, it is necessary to unify our thinking, determine the position of the legal practice department from the top-level design, promote the depth of collaborative education, improve the evaluation mechanism, and continuously improve the quality of legal talent training.
