Abstract
There are problems in the ideological and political construction of applied writing courses, such as weakened implementation subjects, solidified educational resources, and rigid teaching methods. In curriculum teaching, teachers’ ideological and political literacy should be strengthened, curriculum ideological and political goals should be improved, and educational methods and concepts should be reformed. The comprehensive construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum should fully tap into the ideological and political elements of each chapter, give equal importance to teaching and educating, enhance students’ logical thinking ability, and cultivate students’ discipline concept, craftsmanship spirit, and teamwork spirit.
