Abstract
The career happiness of college counselors directly affects the work effect of ideological and political education, and is the core driving force of college counselors’ work. The improvement of career happiness is of great significance to the construction of college counselors’ team. However, the gap between “ideal” and “reality” and the dislocation between “policy” and “implementation” lead to the overall low career happiness of college counselors. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper explores the strategies to improve the career happiness of college counselors: establish the balance between happiness and burnout, find the focus of promoting career happiness, and stand firm for the development of college counselors.
