Abstract
The undergraduate mentorship system is a powerful measure for the connotative development of higher education and the establishment of a sound long-term mechanism for educating students. There are problems in the implementation of the undergraduate mentorship system in current universities, such as unclear job responsibilities and inadequate assessment mechanisms. Applying the results oriented education concept, constructing a comprehensive education system that combines explicit and implicit education, establishing a five in one undergraduate mentorship system, clarifying the tasks of different role mentors, establishing reasonable supervision and incentive mechanisms, and improving the enthusiasm and quality of mentor guidance for undergraduate students.
