Research on the Integration and Development of Ideological and Political Education and Labor Education from the Perspective of Collaborative Theory

  • The goals of ideological and political education and labor education are similar, the content is similar, and the methods are complementary. The integration of the two can solve problems such as tight class schedules and insufficient resource investment in universities. Currently, teachers and students in universities have insufficient understanding of the integration and development of ideological and political education and labor education, limited resource investment, and a lack of innovative thinking and methods. Universities should increase resource investment, strengthen communication and exchange, establish a systematic system for ideological and political education and labor education training, and establish a comprehensive teacher-student evaluation system to promote the integrated development of ideological and political education and labor education.
