Difficulties and Countermeasures of Cultivation of Dormitory Culture for College Students from the Perspective of “Three-dimensional Education”

University dormitories serve as multifunctional educational ecosystems for college students, integrating living, studying, and socializing. Dormitory culture significantly influences the shaping of students’ values, the enhancement of learning efficacy, and the cultivation of interpersonal skills. However, structural contradictions persist, such as insufficient collaboration among educational stakeholders, a lack of systematic cultivation mechanisms, and lagging innovation in cultural carriers. By strengthening the responsibility of all stakeholders through institutional arrangements, constructing differentiated and comprehensive cultivation pathways, and developing multidimensional cultural carriers, the effectiveness of dormitory culture in education can be enhanced.
