Abstract
The electrical engineering course offered for non electrical majors has strong theoretical content, and traditional teaching methods are difficult to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm. Taking advantage of the technological advantages of "Internet plus", we reasonably selected the course content, implemented "offline+online" hybrid teaching, optimized the course evaluation system, enriched the diversity of electrotechnics course content and teaching methods, expanded the platform for teacher-student communication, and promoted the growth of students.
