Update and Training Mode Reconstruction of Innovation-driven Product Design Curriculum System

  • Focusing on major strategic needs such as the development of cultural and creative industries and the construction of applied high-level universities, we will deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education, deeply connect with local industrial chains, innovation chains, and value chains, and construct a curriculum system that is compatible with the development of local economy, tourism industry, and cultural resources, as well as a practical education model that matches it. The practical education mode of product design major requires the establishment of a systematic thinking concept, the integration of talent cultivation mode, curriculum teaching reform, and the transformation of design results into service innovation and entrepreneurship, the improvement of curriculum assessment methods and evaluation system, and the creation of a diversified education paradigm guided by market demand and centered on ability cultivation.
