Exploration of the "Ideology and Political Education in Curriculum + Industry-Education Integration" Educational Model Based on Competency Model

  • With the adjustment of economic structure and the acceleration of industrial upgrading, the demand for applied talents is becoming increasingly urgent, and the integration of industry and education is an effective way to improve the quality of talent cultivation. At the same time, facing the impact of diversified ideological trends, ideological and political education in the curriculum has become an important guarantee for cultivating talents with both moral integrity and talent. This paper analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of information management and information systems professionals, constructs a competency model for them, and explores the collaborative education path of "ideology and political education in curriculum+ industry-education integration" based on competency models, aiming to provide useful references for the reform of information management and information systems professional education in universities.
