Construction and Practice of the Talent Training System for Postgraduates Majoring in Electronic Information in Local UniversitiesTaking Anhui Polytechnic University as An Example

  • Currently, the training of professional master's students in electronic information in China is hampered by assimilation to academic degree programs, inadequate industry–university–research collaboration, and ineffective interdisciplinary mechanisms, which fail to satisfy the industry's demand for interdisciplinary innovative talents. In response to the talent requirements of the new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry, Anhui Polytechnic University has developed and implemented a specialized training system. Adopting the philosophy of "vehicle–chip industry–education integration and academic–engineering synergy", the university has established a four-wheel drive curriculum system, a multi-party collaborative training model, and a progressive talent cultivation platform. This initiative has achieved remarkable results, marked by significant improvements in both talent training quality and academic output. It provides a replicable and scalable model for local universities to serve regional pillar industries and cultivate high-caliber professionals in electronic information.
