Analysis on the Teaching Reform of Advanced Mathematics Courses for Science and Engineering Majors

  • In view of the existing problems in current advanced mathematics teaching, including insufficient ideological and political integration, disconnection between theory and practice, inadequate classroom interaction, and single evaluation system, this paper explores teaching reform measures from five aspects based on the training requirements of emerging engineering talents, including ideological and political integration, curriculum content optimization, teaching mode innovation, classroom participation improvement and evaluation mechanism improvement. By adopting intelligent teaching platforms, innovating teaching methods and improving the formative evaluation system, the reform can effectively stimulate students' learning initiative, cultivate their mathematical thinking and practical innovation ability, and improve the overall educational quality of the course.
