Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Teaching of Strategic Management

Against the backdrop of the "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative and educational digital reform, traditional strategic management courses suffer from rigid teaching content, insufficient practical scenarios and inadequate thinking training, which fail to meet the talent cultivation demands of the dynamic business environment. This paper sorts out four application forms of artificial intelligence empowering strategic management teaching, summarizes the current application status based on practical cases of multiple universities, and analyzes the challenges of intelligent teaching from three dimensions of technology, data and teaching. Accordingly, it proposes systematic optimization strategies from technological upgrading, data governance, resource innovation and teacher role transformation to construct a human-machine collaborative teaching system. The research aims to solve the problems of course teaching, promote the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence and professional teaching, and provide references for teaching reform of compound economic and management talent cultivation.
