Abstract
In the attributions of social cognition, attribution is a vital form of social adjustment as studying the attributions of a phenomenon can help one get a better understanding. Through empirical investigations of college students' four attribution tendencies (study ability, degree of hardworking, context and fortune), the study tries to find out reasons for their success or failures in their academic performances, and thus obtains some regularity knowledge to help them tackle problems they encounter in their study.
