On the Influence Factors and Countermeasures to the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Transmission from Enterprises by College Students

  • The entrepreneurship knowledge is the basis of the enterpreneurial competence while the course that students learn the entrepreneurship knowledge is in essence the course of knowledge transmission. And the performance of entrepreneurship knowledge transmission is influenced by the knowledge source, knowledge receptor, kowledge attribute in transmission or diffusion, and transmission channel and situation. It is concluded that it is necessary to enhance their entrepreneurship consciousness, build the campus culture useful to the reception of knowledge transmission, raise the enterprise ability in knowledge transmission, create the context beneficial for students to the reception of enterprenurship knowledge transmission from enterprises for the enhance of their entrepreneurial competence.
