Patent Strategy of Strategic Emerging Industry Development in China and Its Enlightenment to Our City

After analysis on the concept and connotation of patent and strategic emerging industries, this paper has found that there is a strong correlation between the two.In detail, the patent strategy provides a clear development direction for the development of strategic emerging industries in China.After studying three typical examples that patent strategy helps the development of strategic emerging industries, it is clear that our city's idea should be carried out on patent strategy for the development of strategic emerging industries from six aspects such as publicity, the formation of system, taking advantages of scientific research, improving the patent agency, transfer or transformation and so on.
