The career planning of students in independent college has some problems such as the sense of career planning of the main students is poor, lacking of action force, inaccurate positioning and so on. Independent college should improve the teaching level of teachers through various measures, in order to help them establish a sense of career planning, and strengthen the action force of career planning.
