Economic and management specialty of our school reforms on personnel cultivation model including developing a talent training program with the times, formulating a“progressive”system, taking the teaching methods of“studying while practicing”, deepening the reform on teaching assessment, focusing on internationalization in personnel training.In a word, useful exploration and practice has been carried out in order to enhance the quality of personnel training.
