Abstract
Comparative analysis of technical indexes with auxiliary appliance vs.normal means in long jump teaching for two group students in running approach, foot boarding, stamping skill, rising, and landing shows that the teaching of long jump with auxiliary appliance change reform the monotonous teaching mode, promote students interests in learning, and help them master the correct long jump skills within a short period of time to improve teaching effect.
