The Application of Item Teaching Method in College English Teaching

The item teaching method, based on students, led by teachers, and driven by tasks, is able to improve the students' ability on practice, cooperation and profession while focusing on the cultivation of student's language application ability.Teachers should design rational projects and guide students to take active participation in it as well as display projects in multiple forms.Besides, teachers are supposed to give proper encouragement in evaluation in order to improve students' language application ability.
