Abstract
Flipped classroom and action-oriented teaching is beneficial for college students to the cultivation of their initiatives in learning, the motivation of their interest, and the enhance of their abilities in analyzing and resolving problems. It is expected in the teaching of Numerical Control Machining to make them, according to the characteristics of engineering practice, enjoy the process from issue raising to innovative resolution and acquire the realistic comprehension. And the three gradual learning approaches of study before class, intermediate practice and review after class are, from perspective of flipped classroom and action-oriented teaching paradigm, especially designed for the mastery understanding of the course.
