A Study of the Organizational Individual Quality and the Assessment of Vocational Colleges

  • The organizational individual quality of vocational colleges is the sum of organizational attitude, organizational behavior and organizational cognition and other quality. It is the concrete unity of similarities and differences of vocational colleges in each college which manifests in terms of stakeholders' assessment conclusion and their expectation to college visage. The generative process of organizational individual quality is mainly affected by value choice, organizational learning, leadership style, self-diagnosis and improvement, image management and other factors. The individual quality assessment of vocational colleges should guide the colleges to concentrate their efforts on building complete organizational quality, developing unique organizational quality, strengthening general factors comprehensively and dealing with different factors scientifically.
