Abstract
Low employment rate for college students has been a focus in all sectors of society. Learning about their occupation intentions and success factors in job-seeking can provide basis for promoting the employment. Surveys of business majors show that the orientation mainly lies in regions, enterprises and expected salaries; significant factors for getting a job include images, abilities, grades and certificates.
