It is indicated in the research that college students in the process of socialization, under the background of risky society, tend to be ambiguous, interruptive, conflicting and failing in their roles, which is due to the marginalization of their moral personality and the prevalence of narcissism culture. Hence it is necessary to regulate and optimize the social environment and improve the traditional cultivation of talents through the treatment of role maladjustment in order to make the unification between personalization and socialization among college students.
