Brief Analysis of the Modular Teaching of Employment Guidance from Perspective of Career Development Planning

The course Student Career Development and Employment Guidance set in colleges and univsersities is intended to make a good instruction of employment and career development for students by use of modular teaching method on the design of teaching employment guidance course in which four modulars are applied into the career recognition and development, the career quality training and capability cultivation, the employment guidance and job hunting preparation, and the explanation to employment policies and employment situation analysis for helping them have the reasonable planning for their career development with the final development in the future career.
