A Study of Logic and Grammar in Second Language Acquisition

  • Grammar reflects structural rules of words and sentences, while logic studies operational thinking patterns. The two are intertwined closely in the entire process of language acquisition where visible grammar structure frames language and invisible logic holds grammatical thinking. Close attention should be paid to language structures and rules in second language acquisition to improve competence of linguistic knowledge application and develop awareness of linguistic logic.
