Reflections on Internationalization of Teaching Staff at Anhui University of Technology

In current construction of internationalization of teaching staff at our university, certain progress has been made in attracting high-level talents and teachers training. However, a lot of work still should be further done in external introduction and internal training. In order to achieve internationalization of our teaching staff, efforts should be made in investigation of introducing overseas talents and international training of employed teachers.
