Abstract
Information and communication technology can take full advantages of project-based written translation education. Constitution of information environment for project-based written translation education based on ICT mainly includes parts of pre-tasks receiving, understanding conversion and target language expression as well as post-translation evaluation. Student translators' competence can be improved through real practice of written translation, and then they can learn to manage various interpersonal social relationships that may occur in their future career and make full use of all sorts of translation resources to solve possible problems.
