Research on the Working Power Source of Leading Cadres under the New Normal from the Perspective of Social Development Dynamic Mechanism Theory

  • The phenomena of some leading cadres holding down their jobs without doing a stroke of work and accomplishing nothing make influence on the quality improving and speed enhancement in economy, make weak the governing capabilities and make damage to the public trust in government. Hence, it is necessary, under the principle of taking their proper requirement and reasonable interests as the power source, their innovation capability as the energy and the advanced technology and good market mechanism as the dynamic method, to make a better understanding and a good use of the related theory about social develoopment dynamic mechanism and further establish a series of mechanism and system available in education and guidance, praise and stimulation, evaluation and supervision, internal inspection, responsibility inestigation and performance assessment for the enhancement of their working power.
