A Study on Independent Innovation of Financial Support System of China's Small and Medium-sized Scientific and Technological Enterprises

Despite continuous development in independent innovation, China's small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises still face serious financing difficulties and bottlenecks. Analysis results show that it is government sectors rather than financial industries that play a leading role in supporting small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises. Modules of entry certification system, mid-term control and achievement transformation should be established to form an entire financial support system to help small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises improve their independent innovation.
