Abstract
It is found that there exist such issues as over-theoratical teahcing in content, separated teaching from engineering practice, and weak basis of knowledge in students in the teaching of the course Mechanical Fault Diagnosis for Undergraduates. And it is effective to raise the teaching quality and effectiveness by way of making students more knowledgeable, giving them more experiments in the combination of engineering practice and making improvement on the evalution method for teachers.
