On the Translation and Communication about Chinese Fables

  • The translation and communication of Chinese fables starts from the 20th century and gradually becomes the window that gives the attraction to the western world for the best understanding of Chinese people in their philosophical thoughts, life attitude, concept about love and folk customs as well as the myths and legends. And the amount of the translation of those Chinese fables is gradually increased with varieties of forms and approaches in the communication. However, there exist some intended issues such as too many ancient and too little modern and too many random and too little professional. For the promotion to the translation of Chinese fables, it is necessary to comprehensively take into the consideration the acceptance from target audience, the creative writing of texts and the application of multimode communication for the enhance of translation effectiveness.
