Abstract: The aim of education and training program for excellent engineers is to cultivate students' engineering ability, engineering practical ability and engineering innovation ability. AHUT actively took advantages of enterprises and its own to realize complementary advantages, to establish relevant training standards, and to take a variety of measures into implement, and achieved remarkable results.
