Exploration on the Construction of “Three Types” of College Student Party Branch under the Background of “Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issues of Party Building”

摘要: 大学生党支部承担着发展学生党员、开展大学生思想政治教育工作的重要职责，是对学生党员进行教育引导最直接有效的载体。目前，大学生党支部在实际建设中还存在着些许问题。高校应引导大学生党支部加强学习教育，完善机制建设，利用现代化教育手段，建立学习型、服务型、创新型大学生党支部。

Abstract: The college student party branch undertakes the important duties of developing student party members and carrying out ideological and political education for college students, which is the most direct and effective carrier for student party members in their education and guidance. Nevertheless, there are still some problems in the actual construction of the college student party branch nowadays. Colleges and universities should guide the college student party branch to strengthen study and education, perfect the mechanism construction, and make use of the modern education means to establish a branch of learning, service and innovation.
