Abstract: Modern industrial engineering is an important way to realize the sustainable development strategy. Based on the connotation of modern industrial engineering, the green manufacturing theory should be integrated into the development of modern industrial engineering, make up for the shortage of existing theories and methods, and pay attention to the penetration of green technology in the production process, to achieve social, economic and environmental coherence, so as to provide a strong guarantee for sustainable development.
