Abstract: The emergence and development of intangible cultural heritage in Huizhou prefecture are the synergy of many factors such as economy, culture, geography and so on. Moreover, with their own cultural characteristics, Hui merchants pursued cultural identity, cultural establishment and cultural fame in the processing of business. Hui merchants not only promoted the development of Huizhou culture, but they also had become an important component of Huizhou culture.
