Abstract: The cultivation of financial talents in independent college should be carried out in pertinence to students' interests, hobbies, characteristics and specialty, teach students in accordance of their aptitude. College should establish flexible course system, strengthen the construction of faculty, implement various teaching methods and evaluation system, and provide all kinds opportunities for practice to realize diversifying cultivation of financial talents.
