Abstract: The results of the research in domestic occupational youth pressure are less, among which most are summary of experiences, generally relating to the demonstration of pressure, the causes of it, and the analyses of the strategical adjustment. While among the few research results, there are problems of lacking detailed analysis of the causes, lacking the support of empirical data, and comparative research, as well as the less operative countermeasures etc.
