问题导向型教学与财政学专业创新创业人才培养

Problem Oriented Teaching and Innovative Talents Training in Public Finance Science

  • 摘要: 财政学专业创新创业型人才应有创新意识和创业冲动,善于管理风险,善于发现、整合并有效利用资源,具备团队意识和协作等综合能力。构造问题导向下的课前学习、以讨论为主的课堂教学、以探究为重的项目研究等问题导向型教学和培养模式,并按照理论与实践一体化"问题载体"设计,加强教学资源整合、教学环节协同、教师能力条件构建,培养财政学专业创新创业型人才。

     

    Abstract: Financial professional's innovative and entrepreneurial talents should have innovative awareness, entrepreneurial impulse, be good at managing risk, be adept in finding, integrating as well as using resources, team consciousness and collaboration effectively. To achieve this goal, this study constructs the problem oriented teaching and training model, such as the study before class guided by questions, classroom discussion, research projects centered on inquiry and so on. They follow the approach to the integration of theory and practice based on the problem carrier's design, strengthen the integration of teaching resources, the coordination of teaching section and the building of teacher's competence, in order to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in finance major.
