Abstract: Weibo and WeChat are the most familiar new medias in the "Micro-Age". They are characterized by practicality, quickness and interactivity, and are highly regarded among young college students. However, the "Micro-Age" has also brought challenges to the ideological and political education of colleges. Therefore, we should actively explore how to use the new platform and new model to carry out ideological and political education in universities to adapt to the development of the times.
