Abstract: University students' Internet literacy is the reflection and embodiment of the ideological quality of them in the network environment. At present, there are more and more uncivilized behaviors and phenomena in the network culture, which exerts conspicuous negative impact on college students. We should cultivate their internet literacy starting from school, family and society.
