Abstract: Taking the evidence ability and proof capability of reward evidence as the object of demonstration, this paper proves the soil and rationality of this system from the perspective of our country's forensics system and proves its legitimacy from the perspective of contract law. If the evidence collected by reward meets relevance, objectivity and legitimacy, it can be identified as having proof capability and on the contrary, it will be excluded.
