Focusing on students is to consider students as the center and build a strong professional thinking and professional mission, so that students can have a sense of resonance and identity. Caring for students is to respect differences between students, promote their individualized growth and their differential development, so that students can have a sense of happiness and achievement. Serving students is to strengthen problem orientation, care about their needs, expectations and confusion, so that students can have a sense of growth and acquisition.
