Abstract: The cultivation of accounting master's practical ability in local colleges and universities is of special significance to the cultivation of high-end accounting talents and economic construction in service area. A characteristic cultivation mode of accounting masters has been formed in Anhui University of Technology by constructing a theoretical guidance system, rational allocating the curriculum system, formulating a curriculum development and construction system, scientifically adopting practice-oriented teaching methods such as case-based teaching, opening up a rich channel for cultivating students' quality, and establishing a practical and effective practice process and management system.
