Abstract:
With the wide development and popularization of new information technology, mobile internet, new positioning technology and big data are introduced into the carpooling system, which gives full play to the advantages of information technology, including strong network communication ability and high integration degree of service industry. What's more, they can improve the data processing efficiency of carpooling system and expand the convenience of carpooling system. In addition, based on service system innovation, the system architecture of carpooling service in different scenarios is improved from the perspectives of user demand identification, service contact point reconstruction and mobile application. Meanwhile, new design opportunities can be found and identified with the help of multi-dimensional user research methods, and mobile applications that conform to the development of localization can be developed according to user's cognitive information and usage habits.
