Abstract: Urban public art design has become an important carrier to embody the city image and satisfy people's spiritual and cultural life. Its narrative expression way is expressing feelings by specific image. The specific image which is the combination of narrative theme and narrative language can express inner feelings. It can resonate with public's inner feelings and achieve the connection between the spirit of place and public's inner heart, thus truly embodying the "openness" and "public participation" of public art.
