Abstract: Colleges and universities should build up a quality assurance system for training talents of engineering management specialty by establishing a scientific quality concept, formulating reasonable training programs, strengthening the construction of teachers, keeping pace with the times in teaching content, strengthening practical teaching links, effectively monitoring the whole process of training, and actively participating in professional evaluation and certification, so as to cultivate high-quality talents of engineering management specialty.
